LISCR FC Mutually Part Ways With Prince Wlame

LISCR FC have rescinded the contract of goalkeeper, Prince Wlame by mutual consent.

The club parted ways with the shot stopper who joined The Shipping Boys in 2014 from Nimba United. Since arriving at LISCR FC, Wlame established himself as one of the key members in the team.

He helped the club to create history in Liberian football at the end of the 2016-17 season by winning the first divsion league unbeaten and also the FA Cup.

The agreement was reached to allow the player have more game time as he fell down the pecking order behind national team goalkeepers, Ashley Williams and Tommy Songo being.

The club Secretary General, Swen Bedell thanked Wlame for his time and the club and wished him the best in the future.

“We have parted ways, but under mutual consent. He (Wlame) has been with us and we would have loved to have him here for many years but we want him to have the game time which he wasn’t getting recently. As a result, we discussed with him and decided to let him go which he agreed. We wish him the best of luck in his career”, Bedell told LISCR FC Media.
