Team News Ahead of The Match Against Al-Hilal

Coach Tapha Manneh has made six changes from his side that played against Al-Hilal on February 11 at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium.

Saah Nyumah, Adama Sabally, Hilton Varney and Edward Ledlum have made their way to the first eleven while Gambian striker, Mustapha Njie, left-back Daniel Woto and center-back, Emmanuel Tarpeh have been listed among the substitute. Sabally missed out on the first leg in Monrovia due to minor injury and he was replaced by Richard Lloyd in the squad.

Tommy Songo remains goal, as well as Bully Drammeh, Sheku Sheriff, Kemoh Kamara, Asiamuh Dann, Mark Paye also retaining their positions in the first eleven. Saah Nyumah who didn’t make an appearance in the first leg will partner Allen Njie and Sheku Sheriff in midfield while Bully Drammeh, Mark Paye and Edward Ledlum lead the front in. Dann retained as right-back, Adama and Kamara paired in center-defense while Hilton Varney replaces Woto as left-back.

Meanwhile, Coach Tapha Manneh has vowed to qualify to the first round of the 2018 CAF Champions League. In a pre-match press conference held at the Blue Jewel Stadium, the 53-years-old said he is not carried away by the big name of Al-Hilal as he is only focusing on qualifying to the next round.
